The Healthy Eating series is about creating a healthy lifestyle. These Cooking Classes have been especially created for the health conscious. There is an emphasis on good nutrition using fresh vibrant ingredients.
Menus use a variety of dishes from many cultures, some include gluten free products, dairy alternates and interesting grains. Learn to cook soups, starters, salads, main courses and the odd dessert or two. Emotional wellbeing is equally important and so each class will conclude with a brief relaxation session, covering such topics as stress management, body image and letting go of emotional eating.
